I know that LisaL had hers when she hit 200 lbs and it excelerated her weight loss and resulted in her amazing transformation. AND I'M SOOOOOOOOOOOO GLAD I HAD IT DONE CUZ THAT FAT WASN'T GOING ANYWHERE. Warning- there is nudity on these cartoonish models so you may not want to look at these at work!
