This is going to be a hard habit to break for me. Thanks! I am starting all these new habits now, a month before surgery! I started my pre-op diet a few days ago and down 3 lbs of the 14. julieburns Posted September 9, 2008 Report Share Posted September 9, 2008 Dana great job on you efforts so far. It's good to try to make new habits before the surgery, not such a shock to you. I always used to drink a bunch of water with meals and though I could never change. I was pleasantly surprised it's no big deal now. It did take a few weeks of making sure I had nothing available to me while I was eating and then I watched the time for an hour and then drink.
