I wish I was in Hawaii, but I am not, I live in Canada. We are here to support you from all over the U.S., Canada and abroad. Try to follow the plan set out by your surgeon, protein, veggies, grains and fruit and if you need to snack, chose 100 calorie snacks. Good Luck!
