AngelaAnn Posted January 11, 2009 Report Share Posted January 11, 2009 Hey All, I misplaced my OCC information when I moved and I called the number on the website about emailing me my receipt for surgery twice last week and both times the woman said that she would email it and didn't. I know Mexico does run on their own time zone, but geez. I do blame myself because I didn't get her name to ask when I called back the second time. I believe that Rene handles all of that at the office? I may be mistaken, but does anyone have an email and/or telephone number where someone will send me my receipt?
