I am so happy. I got my fill done in Olympia with Dr. Neal it was awsome. I had been a little disappointed with the band because after my first fill I still had no restriction and I knew I couldn't afford to go back to TJ for quite awhile. Then I found out about Dr. Neal from you wonderful ladies and made an appointment.It was a very nice experiance and I feel full very easily now. I finally feel like I can be thin again! I have a long way to go, but I know this is going to help alot. Any way I just wanted to thank you ladies for posting and helping me through a really rough time.

Please let me know how to get ahold of Dr. Neal. I need a second fill and I can't afford a trip to tj this close to christmas. I am so happy there is someone here in washington. Contact info would be much appericated. my email is tammy@interiordetails.net

Ya I made the same mistake!! Got all excited than when I had a head ache I popped a couple in my mouth and couldn't belive how bad they taste its like chewing a mint flavored tums with a actual tylenol pill just crushed up in it!! YUCK YUCK YUCK. I'll use them if I have to, but the liquid is better in my book. It washes down faster the pill gets stuck in your teeth and you taste it for hours.

Ya I leave tommarrow for my first fill on friday October 13th. I am really looking forward to it. I don't have any restriction right now and I am not lossing any weight just maintaining what I lost on the liquid diet so I can't wait!! Just excited and wanted to tell someone thanks! Unfill??? why are you getting unfilled? was your first fill to restrictive?? Very curious sorry if I am being to nosey.

Hi Washington bandters I thought I posted earlier, but I must have done something wrong. I live in Tacoma, Wa and thought I would introduce myself. I noticed you are getting together on the 8th I think that is great. I wouldn't able to go this time, but I would love to go if you do it again. I'll keep checking in to here how it was.

This has also been a big problem for me I drink alot of water and I have a really hard time not drinking when I eat. I am trying really hard, but what I need to know is how long after drinking do you wait before eatting? I try to wait 10 to 15 min, but I don't know if that is long enough and I know your not supposed to drink for 1hr after you eat. Are there any real health risks to drinking earlier than that or is it just self defeating?

Is this weird I was so good before the band. I lost 40lbs preparing for the band. Once I had the surgery I felt like know it would do all the work and the depriving myself should be the job of the band!! I know it sounds crazy, but I thought I just wouldn't be able to over eat. I did the clear liquids that was hell so I moved on to full liquids a little better, but I was expecting to feel full and satisfied as I hadn't eatten in so long, but no such luck so I went on to regular food a little early with permission. At first I was happy just to be eatting, but I still controlled myself and didn't really notice the band doing much. Now I can eat like I did before the band and I don't notice much of anything. So getting to the point I am going in for my fill on October 12th did this make the big differance for anyone??
