As you can see I never post—but I am always on reading and finding things that are happing to me and getting great advice/ comments, it makes you feel that I am not alone out here when weird stuff happens. I have no restriction and have not for over a month. I had my band slam shut (a year with the same fill amount) and then got the acid reflux horrible, then had an unfill- then filled again—to tight and acid reflux—and a complete unfill. I guess right now I am too afraid to get another fill. I can't afford to miss work again and the cost. Knowing that it has happened to others helps. I still don’t know why the band slammed shut. Guess it has a mind of its own. I am still losing weight—sheer will power and the Atkins diet. Hope this thing in side of me starts behaving it self—or maybe I should (I don’t always fallow the rule) Guess when I finally get a fill I will have to be super super careful.

I am the same way, today I was sooooo hungry! My stomach makes a lot of weird noise so I eat creamy soup and then more creamy soup, more than 4 oz at a time and finally feel better. I need to learn to sip. I still get a lot of gas, probably because I gulp instead of sip. I hope tomarrow goes better than today.

my name is Veronica, and I live in Long Beach, Ca. My scheduled date for surgey is June 6th. I will arrive on June 5th for pre op, and leave on the eigth of June. I feel very nervous, but excited at the same time. Going over some of the entries have really made me feel better abouth this journey that i'm about to begin.
