    Hello,

    I'm scheduled for surgery on 6/09/2008 here in phoenix,az and i began my liquid diet 5/28/2008. I use the apex protien powder mix and some ice cubes and 8oz water and i can live with it rather well. It's been 4 days and i'm feeling shakey but worth the process.
