Just be careful banning IP addresses.

Do a trace route to find out if the IP is an AOL one.

Unfortunately, AOL uses the same IP for multiple people as they are not fixed, but they change.

So banning IP X could ban other AOL users in the process.

And the food really was good!

I have the most supportive husband ever! He has been there for me every step of the way. He exercises with me even though he could be doinf much more exercise than I am capable of right now. The last couple of meals have been "healthy meals" and he has complimented them even though they may not have been that great! He is the best!!!
