You can do it Stormy! I scheduled my surgery sort of last minute.....and I lost 12 pounds in 8 days just doing the Slim fast dinner/salad regiment with lots of water. I had my surgery two days ago and all went well. Get focused on what is most important.....snacking or looking great in those tight little clothes!

Hi All!

I am going to get banded on 8/14. Kinda nervous......but eager to get going. Is anyone else going to be there at about that time? Maybe we can hold hands and sing Kumbyah together!

I am a newbie to the site and have only posted once, but I really appreciate the positive support and advise on the boards. You can tell the real winners in life by the attitudes they possess.....you guys are great!

PS: How do you get your picture on there and all that info about Pre=op weight, post-op, the counter, etc; I am computer challenged.
