  1. Well, I don't think that it would do any harm. However, getting used to eating that again isn't going to help you lose weight! It's a lot of bad stuff. I used to eat in high school too ~ it can be delicious with the right cracker (we ate it with Pringles)! So, anyways. I'm thinkin' that it would go down okay, but it's just plain not good for you............

  2. Hey! Yeah, I don't recommend using a straw in the first 2 weeks after the surgery. At least for me, the gas was just painful, and I didn't want to do anything to make it worse.....

Airports are, indeed, a hard place to find ANYTHING liquid without chunks of stuff in it. I ended up getting some hot coffee from Starbucks for the plane - warm liquids are much more soothing and satisfying, in my opinion!

One more tip (even if you don't have gas or air built up in your stomach) - take a probiotic or get some drinkable yogurt that has it in it. This helped me TREMENDOUSLY after my surgery. It just helps regulate stomach issues, gas, diahherea (sp?), etc.

    Good luck! =D>

  3. I'm in my third week of the liquid diet! And, yes, we can have frozen yogurt! I made sure to ask about this at the clinic the day after my surgery. The doctor said to let it melt in your mouth for a second, and then swallow. I eat sugar-free and low-sugar popsicles often. Anything creamy is especially satisfying! Good luck!
