Me in 2005, before gaining 60 pounds in menopause!

Hi its me Karin, we had same day surgery. I assume your gas pain is gone. My port area is still sore but otherwise losing weight very slowly, but I am older and cheating with the wine at night and abit of musshy meat inbetween. Anyway, keep up the good work. Karin

Hope you are keeping well, I am struggling but doing ok. Soooo slow. I am really full now (80%) so yes, I find it hard to eat unless I chew well but I find that I am eating soft foods and then its easy. Well the scale is still going down, so I figure its still good. Take care, Karin

I am driving to Troy Michigan on Sunday to get a fill on the Monday (Thanksgiving). I hope to do abit of shopping maybe too.

Good for you Sabrina, almost at goal! Be careful as you are going up and down like a yo yo. Maye you should give yourself abit more freedom so you can do this more steadily. Take care...karin
