Im on day 19..Ive been doing good. However I had to chew and spit a few foods out, because I just didnt have any self control, thats my main problem!.Other then that, cant wait to eat on Thursday!

Hey steph, just wanted to see how your doing?! Have you started your yogurt yet? I bought one flavored (strwbery/banana)-Its really tasty, my 2yr old loves it! Do you still have a lot of glue on your stomach? Im really sticky around my incisions, and I wore a black shirt so now I have a black sticky stomach,I want to try and take some of the glue off, not sure if Im allowed.

Side when I sleep. Only my port is sore, like I'm healing from a stab wound. I have to admit I'm very tired of broth already. Its been very hard for me. I have a bad habit of tasting and chewing and spitting out. I think I learned me lesson though, I don't reccomend any of that. I think I will be okay, I just need time to adjust.

Hey, thank you, your so sweet. I'm doing okay, my body is feeling a lot better, but I am having a hard time with not eating. I'm REALLY addicted to food, and not having self control is tough. I really want to be skinny, but I LOVE food! You would think the choice is not hard. But it is to me.

Do you think you could give me the link to the train times and buses or shuttles, and maybe the exact steps on what you do to get to the occ. Now my boyfriends is saying we should now just do that. I might consider it.

Hi kayla,Im having my surgery on Thursday the 17th. Im having a hard time with the pre-op diet. Since its close to the holidays my family and my boyfriends family have been coming over a lot, and cooking for us. I only have 4 days left till surgery, and Ive only lost 3lbs. I started the diet late. So im hoping everything will be ok. How about your pre-op?
