Hi everyone!! I was wanting to know what you guys did as the pre-op diet? I was looking at the estore and it says that you are required to have two optifast shakes and protein bars a day...but I have read on here some of you are doing a 2 shake and lean cusine. Can you help me clarify this. I am trying to get a total for everything(preop food-postop food). Thanks guys, Michelle
