Down 3lbs forgot to weight wed. My eating is getting better with smaller bites and eating slower. Hope everyone has a great week.

I love my band when I am not eating. My third fill was Thursday and all food and liquid has slowed down. I now have a love/hate relationship with my band. I have not got the rules down but I am learning. Other than pain any suggestions on the eating slow and small bite rules. I should not complain my weight is dropping.

No lose No gain Third fill tomorrow . I need it. My four year old wants smiley faces :) :) :) :) :)

I dont post a lot but the scale is moving again. I like this post. Down 58 total banded sept 4. Down 3lbs this week. :) :) :)

Third fill Dec 8. I love my band down 58lbs maybe the holidays wont be bad this year. It starts tomorrow.

I was wondering if I needed to do anything special before my first fill which is Oct 15. Maybe fast or proshakes, no food, I do not know. I have been at the same weight for 2 weeks after losing 50lbs really quick. Still really happy.

I was rejected for a year and a half with all my records and jumped through all the hoops. They still rejected me. Turned all my records over to Bariatric Law in CA. Three weeks later I was banded. Don't give up I'm glad I didnt. Insurance will look for any reason to reject claims. I dont trust any insurance company.

I am 3 weeks post op Friday. I am take in 800 to 1000 cal. per day and still loseing about 1lb a day or 17 total post op. I weight every day and log it along with every thing I eat cals. and protein. My first fill is Oct 15. Feeling a little hungry!!

B- pro shake soy milk

L- can chicken 1/4c cottage cheese 1/4c

S-yogurt

S-tuna 1/4c cottage cheese 1/2c green beans 1/4c

520cal and 85.5 protein

80+ounces of water

B-pro shake

L- 1/2 c cottage cheese

1/4c green beans, pudding

S- Yogurt

S-2oz can chicken, 1/4c cottage cheese

610 cal 70.5 protien

Got shots in my back no exercise for a few days.

First check up started soft food

Im on post op shakes now and i mix my shakes with low fat soy milk.I can not stand them mixed with water. Bariatric Advantage meal replacement strawberry and vanilla.

I want to thank everyone again. Day 2 post op Lots better this morning, shoulder pain is almost all gone I can breath easier, sleeping still a little bit of a pain. Dr. Sidney Rohrscheib is my doctor he is located in Clinton and Champaign Illinois.

Thanks to everyone, I have been setting the kitchen timer for a hour and when it goes off I walk around the block. I have a lot of swelling and bruising is that normal. Most of my shoulder pain is gone.

Just need a little advice on how to sleep and about shoulder pain, abdominal pain and bruising

Had the band put in today. Sore and a little crabby. My shoulder and upper stomach hurt. Pre op weight 373, pre July weight 405. There is no local support so i will try this forum.
