I'm trying to lose 12 lbs. I didn't start the diet until last Monday and had lost 6 of it, but then cheated terribly yesterday--I planned on it, though. Back on the wagon today and gained 1 lb from yesterday's binge. So I have 7 lbs to go in 6 days--I don't think it will be a problem. What are you eating on your pre-op diet and how much do you need to lose?
