Hey Kayla, Thanks for adding me on to your friends list. Everyone here is great! I am so excited about my upcoming surgery and for you as well. This is the first time in a long,long time, I've actually lost weight during the holidays. Nothing like being focused! My surgery is on Thur. the 7th, will be heading back to Tenn. on the 10th. When are you coming in?

Opps, my bad...I fly back on Sat. the 9th. Bummer, we are going to just miss each other. Keep me posted! It will be nice to have someone else to go through the same phases together with. I gotta back girl. We are almost there...whoop, whoop! Keep up the good work on your pre-op. I have one more party tom. night and I'm going to get busy on mine.

Hey girl, good luck at the dentist tom. I'm one of those lucky ones who never had any wisdom teeth to pull....although that might explain a lot of things. You'll be in my prayers!

I have to lose 15 for pre-op. I have lost 13 so far. I've been pretty amazed since it's been the holidays. It's not been to bad, but I have discovered I'm a "night-time" eater and you just got to love that "head hunger"! If I keep busy and drink lots of water, it helps.

oh sorry, I'm doing the two protein shakes a day and then a lean cuisine.
