    Hi Kayla, Glad you like my lists. I updated with a few more items. I will suggest that you do your shopping before sugery as you will not have the strength to do it afterward. The only thing worse that going into a grocery store after being put on a liquid diet is going into your favorite restaraunt and being forced to look at the menu (LOL)!
