Well friends I am back and reaching out for some advice, or a lending ear. I was banded 4/15/10 and have lost 25 to 30lbs. I had my last fill in Sept 10, and at first I was loosing. I have since been stuck at around 180 and I have restriction..sometimes I think to much. I have to be careful or I will have that awful sliming. I dont know what to eat???****!!!. well another problem I was having was my GALLBLADDER..they took it out a week ago..I thought I was getting air trapped..beware you all..i been a nurse for years and was in total shock!!!
