I'll tell you something...Summer weather makes weight loss easier!!

Banded 2/19. First fill in 11/10. Down 40lbs. Feel great. Deciding when to get next fill.

Well, I was banded on 2/19/10. Lost 35 lbs. Maintained until 11/10. Got first fill. Lost 6 lbs. Slow weight loss but it is staying off. Great staff at OCC!

I meant I am off Thursday thru Saturday and every other WEDNESDAY.

Yo bogie...I live in the san fernando valley and I am off thurs thru sat and every other sat ( I work 12 hour shifts). If u want to get together for a 90 minute walk, let me know. We can shoot the shit...the time will fly by. I walk at balboa park near the sepulveda dam. Uu can google sepulveda dam for more info.
