I hope someone answers your question about the smaller and larger band. I have the giagantor band (Realize 11cc) and my understanding is that the larger bands need more adjustments then the smaller ones b/c they hold more salin. 11cc vrs 4cc. I tried asking Dr. Ortiz for the smaller one but he told me he no longer used it. I HATE the larger band and honestly I feel like I do not even have a band.
