Honestly, I am hungry. OCC said there would be no physical hunger for the first week, but my tummy is growling and all I can think about is food. Maybe this is "mental hunger", but physically I feel empty. I am trying to create a "vision board" with clothes I would like to wear once I lose some weight to try to stay motivated. But man, this is gonna be a long 17 days--URGH!...
