No I did not. I am aware it is important for some people, and I thought to myself it would be the best option. But I didn't and everything is great. I am 2.5 cc in a 10 cc band. My goal is just watching my portions

Surgery went well! As good as can be. I am on Day 4 of Liquids and cannot wait for these 21 days to be over
