Well, no gaining is definately a good thing. Since I went to 8cc, I have restriction. Im in the same boat as you though, I have a hard time with good food choices. It definately is a huge adjustment when you are an emotional eater like me. Im finding Im having to learn new ways to cope with things and not resort to my comfort foods. I cant believe at 9ccs, your band is still inconsistent though...

Im at 7ccs going for another fill tomorrow, Im not sure if I should add .5 or go to 8. I DO fill some restriction, but feel I need a lil more. What is 9cc's feeling like for you? Do you get stuck often? At ideal restriction. Thanks a million

Thanks Tristessa.... Im in Calgary for another fill tomorrow, I always think of you when I go there. This time Im NOT hitting that coach store -LOL That's a big chunk of change I would have never known to claim. Thank you to everyone on this tread for mentioning this, Im a girl on a budget, this will help me out tremendously. I sent my forms in today, with the surgery report and receipt hopefully that's sufficient. But up to 12 WEEKS to process that baby....WOWZA

Hi everyone. Question for the experts out there: I was banded in March and have had three fills. Everything seems great. In the last 2 months I have gotten a very uncomfortable pain across my stomach and Im wondering if its related to the band??? It has only happened twice, thank goodness. It feels like a "stitch" one would get after they exercise except it goes across my stomach and feels like it is contracting. It nearly takes my breath away as it seems to come from out of now where. It lasts for about an hour and goes away??? Do you think its band related or something else??? Thanks a million

Hey cutie. All is well, progress is slow, but its entirely my fault. Its difficult working through the "mental" hunger. Im going for my fills in Calgary with Dr. Burke, shes great:) Im going in this wed, so hopefully will get closer to me ideal restriction. How is your band situation??
