    Hey there! Banding went well. Im on day 5 and still a bit sore, but today I hopped out of bed no problem. Ive done fine on clear liquids, moved on to drinkable yogurts today. After surgery you'll feel like you did way too many sit ups and you'll be pretty low-energy. Lots of sleep and rest is good interspersed with walking. The clinic is great and the staff too.
