    had 4ccs in my 11cc band on 8 27, i do not feel any different, can eat anything? Trying not too. Only thing I noticed was I did not chew my chicken good enough and it go stuck, wont to that again. How do I know if I have restriction? I do not want to test is and eat til I am full but it seems I can eat as much as I want. Help.

      I have an 11cc band although everyone is different I didnt have my first sense of true restriction until i was at about the 5-6cc mark. Now I'm at around 8cc in 11cc and have been losing consistently and have good restriction
