I had my surgery on November 1st, everything went well except they tried to release me when I was not ready to go to the hotel yet (still vomiting until I got out the door) Dr. Ortiz came the next day and spoke to everyone about my situation and it seemed to get resolved. Dr. Oritz is a highly skilled surgeon and overall I am happy with my experience. I have lost 24 pounds to date; however still on full liquids and hope to move to mushies next week.
