Hi K, how are you? I am doing well. Lost 24 pounds in total (before surgery and after) Having no real issues. Still on full liquids cannot wait to mushies. Hope you are well, keep in touch!

7 days until surgery, liquid diet going good except I fell off the wagon once.

I broke down and ate gelato instead; however I am now back on the wagon as I have 7 days. Thank you and cmc how are you feeling? I hope much better!

Thank you, I had gelato as I convinced myself it was liquid. Again I am still in the process of the total lifestyle change and mindset.

Trying really hard to drink the protein shakes and eating soup for my pre-op diet. Alot harder than I thought!

Last week at home before heading down! Plication scheduled for next Monday! Excercise, drink water, clean pantry and fridge of "badness", practice breathing. Wow! I can't believe this is really gonna happen.

Scheduled my VSG today with Dr. Ortiz on November 1st. Anyone going on this date as I am going by myself and I am a bit anxious.

I do not know anyone; however have done my research and he seems the best option to go with as my insurance will not pay.
