I stopped taking my vitamins bcz I din't like the taste when I crush them..when will I be able ro swallo a hole pill???

Hey Deysi, look for liquid vitamins. I don't have any trouble swallowing pills but in the beginning I took liquid vitamins and liquid tylenol. I saw some at Costco the other day.
