you won't be one of those who wont lose weight if you don't let it happen. We all know the formula to lose weight... eat healthy and excercise... WLS just helps you do it.

Hey if my memory hasn't been totally lost, I'm pretty sure your surgery is today Tuesday...thinking of you, and sending you lots of positive energy. Remember........initaslly gas is an issue, so when it happens, don't panic it's normal. K:)
