Four days until plication and getting paranoid. Is it normal to think about death right before surgery????

I'm leaving Tuesday morning and I'm supposed to have the surgery Wednesday although I am pushing to have both pre op and surgery on the same day. We'll see. I got the flu this week during the 9 day liquid diet and I had to eat a few meals. The liquids only were just making me so weak. Starting tomorrow though I am strict liquid only for the next two days so wish me luck!!!

101 pounds down. My weight loss has definitely slowed way down. I guess because I am so close to my goal. Only 17 to go until I reach Dr. Miranda's goal for me.

Seriously, what would I do without you guys on this site?! My husband keeps telling me he doesn't want me to have the surgery so I can't vent these feelings to him.

My mother-in-law, who is also my sitter while I get plication next week just came down with shingles. Is this a sign I shouldn't do it?
