Hi Stephanie - good to hear from you! Glad to hear the surgery went well and so far you are doing well. I sometimes wondered if there was restriction because I could/can eat anything. But then I realized I couldn't eat very much otherwise I get sick. Like tonight. I over ate, pretty much just reverting to old habits. I'm not very comfortable now

Hi Steph! There seems to be a big draw to the OCC from the Northwest! Where in Portland are you? I'm in Milwaukie. I had my surgery a week ago today... the plication. I chose not to do the band because of the maintenance involved. It has been difficult since I've been home. But I think I'm getting a clue what I'm doing wrong.
