I am so excited and a little nervous. My surgery is scheduled for the 2 nd of January. I am getting the plication I decided to get this surgery after years of yo- yo dieting. I can remember ever since I was about 13 years old I have always been on some sort of diet, diet pills, fad diets, liquid diets, grapefruit diet, cabbage diet. I am sure I can go on and on just like some of the other people here. I just pray that I will never have to diet again. I know this is a life changing surge...
