Home after my gastric plication on Nov 22. I wanted to say goodbye to surgery buddies Nancy and Tammy and hope they are doing well. I left my folder behind with the directions for food for the next days. I have asked them to send another copy by email. There is general information I can follow on the website. Feeling really good. Was a great experience.

Glad you are doing well can you tell me how your trip went I go for the Plication on the 19th of December. Do you recommend anything, I am also worried about flight home with not being able to bring liquids on plane.

Airlines will give you water with/without ice if asked. No worries there.
