I eat lots of protein, shakes and bars too. I've recently been doing Atkins which has more protein than I can even physically eat lol! Yes I talked to the OCC nutritionist ans they put me on all the supplements I listed above. I'm hopeful!

I will be 3 years post op in May 2014. I had gastric plication. I have lost 45lbs and stayed at that give or take 5lbs. I have noticed in the last year that my hair is thinning and breaking like 6 inches in length. Hs anyone else had this problem? The dr checked all my blood levels and said besides being anemic, everything else is great. I have taken daily vitamins ans b12 since surgery. I just started taking Bariatric vitamins instead, Calcium, Biotin, Probiotics, Raspberry Ketones & Garcinia Cabodia. Any others with the same problem?
