Congratulations on your weight loss. I had plication surgery om 9-2-14 and haven't looked back. I'm down 58 pounds and it is slow going. I am going to be 63 soon so I am taking it slow. Having a right hip replacement in April so my exercising is going slow. Keep journaling!

Glad you are doing well on the Premier shakes. I used the Vitaleph shakes and vitamins and then after my poi cation I switched to the Premier. I had my surgery on 9-2-14 and have lost 57 pounds so far. I'm almost to goal and SOOO happy with my decision to have this surgery.
