Hello.

I am a divorced professional women, so socializing over a meal whether through work or personal, is a large part of my life.  How do you manage at restaurants post gastric sleeve.  I don't want to go to a work dinner and/or date and just stare at the food.  Appreciate any/all thoughts!

As I travel for work, I am looking for ready made protein shakes I can just carry with me.  Any suggestions on those that meet the OCC requirements?
