has anyone been through customs in houston, tx when returning from mexico? i will be going to TJ for surgery and then on to puerto vallarta for a few days. When i leave Peurto Vallarta i will fly to houston, tx where i wll have to go through customs, i only have a 50 minute lay-over and that scares me. please share your experience.

I have been searching for a resonably priced lap band procedure. I found one dr in costa rica who does the surgery for $8,000 all-inclusive. Can you tell me where your having your surgery, Cancun or TJ, and how much it costs?
