Hi everyone, Im flying solo from Maryland on 8/7 and getting banded on 8/8. Everyone is saying how difficult the post op diet is, but I struggling with the pre op diet. Any suggestions and/or additional food choices?!?! Im pretty much eating slimfasts, lean cuisines, sf jello and salads. (
