Still dealing with constipation ... I've tried everything I've benn told and the only thing that's worked for me is the glycerin suppositories, yeap, not the best but it worked. I'm still struggling to become regular. Having vowel movement every Sunday far from normal...I know a lot of you have complained abt constipation but is anyone out there dealing with more than just the occasional situation??? Please help! I've finally been able to increase my water intake...
