For my first fill I will be going back to Dr. Ortiz but for long term maintanance I do want to find someone local (or incase of emergency). I am not to far from Chicago, maybe 120 miles or so.

Don't you have a website? I will probably be coming from Lexington to get my fills from you!

I live in Ky, Are there physicians that would do a fill for me if I had the procedure done in mexico?

Yes there is a Bariatric surgeon, Dr. Curry, in greater cincinnati(right across the river from Northern Ky). He has a program for patients who have had their bands done in Mexico.
