Yummy!!!!! =D> :cheerleader: Oh BTW I got on the scale today (days 3 of preop) and I am down 4 lbs already. I hope loosing the 11 lbs I need to loose will be this easy. I got the Myoplex Lite from Popeyes supplement store. I am sure you can get it anywhere as it is a EAS body for life product. It has 25g protien including whey, and 180 calories.
