Mine was shorter than that! I probably had surgery a month after I started researching. Once I knew it was right for me, I figured why wait? You will be very pleased with your experience with Dr Ortiz!

Hi- I had surgery on Sep 5th at OCC. They seem to strongly recommend waiting until 6 weeks to have you first fill. The doctor I will be seeing here in Denver for my follow up and fills, wants to fill at 4 weeks. Does anyone know any more specific info about this- is the 6 weeks for more healing time? Thanks

Mae, Thanks for the encouragement. Last time I had anestisia was for my wisdom teeth- they were trying to wake me up and could here the doc saying ' I think we gave her to much' - I just seem to be really unsteady and groggy for a long time.... Sarah
