  1. Just a correction on the battery - they're actually rechargeable (through the USB connection to your computer), and run about a week on a charge. I find if I leave it connected to my pc for a few minutes at night after uploading, it is enough of a charge to keep things going. I've had my Bugg for about 2 weeks now and love it! It's a great way to get motivated to move. What I enjoy is looking at the graph at night, then figuring out what I was doing at a certain time for the calorie burn to go up. "That's where I walked the dog... that's where I was hustling into the office... gym time.... etc." :-) What I want to figure out is whether the estimated burn or calorie goals are accurate for those of us who have been on really low caloric intake for awhile (as in any of us who have had WLS). My loss has been slow so far, but I'm having a hard time believing I'm putting in 400 calories more each day than I'm logging, because I can't fit in more than a cup at a time and I'm pretty active. Unless there is fat or sugar sneaking in, it just doesn't make sense. I wish the company had a WLS expert on staff for phone counseling. or they would come up with a version of the menu planner for our dietary needs (what sticks, what doesn't, higher protein/lower calorie, etc). Maybe someday, huh?! In any case, I love my bugg, and recommend it to anyone else! I'm down about 6 lbs in 2 weeks (most of which came off the first week). I'm meeting with my trainer tonight to do 1 month measurements and then we'll see if I've gained muscle or lost fat (which I must have by now). We'll see!!
