    Hi, Tasha, my name is woody and i am a newbie too! I had my surgery done on 0ct 22nd 07 and just received my first fill today, the pain of the needle was a little shocking, I really didnt expect it, however I've lost 18 pounds since this journey began.....and that's great for me! I've just started my liquid diet which consist of lots of jello "Sugar Free of course" lots of sugar free popsicles and lots of fluids @least 32 ozs per day. I am not a patient of the great Dr ortiz but I have heard nothing but good things about him. Well I have to go now, got ta get that mile of walking in befor its too late. P.S Give me a Holla!

    Hello, my fellow bandsters. I received my band oct 22 and followed the post op liquids and then my nutritionist moved me on to soft foods. My doctor told me that i would be hungry and that i would be able to eat but be careful in my selections, however i too feel as though that my appetite has returned and any thing that i eat goes down fine, i am due for my first fill this nov 14 and i am also wo
