hey everyone.. I was reading all the experiences you have had with your lap bands, and they are all wonderful and inspiring stories, Im from australia and i only got my lap band done on the 17th july.. Like most people i have tried everything but nothing worked, and so far i am really glad i got this done, becaue i am now looking at my new future.. After the Op i didnt have much pain at all it wasnt until the 2nd day that i got a bit of pain and my back hurt from being in that hospital bed. the only thing i hated being in hospital was having those horrible injections to stop bloody clotting man did they hurt But i am finally home and have 2 weeks off work to recover, i have to admit that yes i am sore and the only time i have alot of pain is when i am hungry or i am trying to get rid of the gas in my body but i am guessing that is normal and i cant wait for that to be over.. i dont like having gas hehehe
