HI STACY, I AM NEW TO THIS AS WELL. BUT AFTER I SPOKE TO DR. MIANDA I FOUND A WHOLE LOT OF THINGS TO DO. I SAUTED SOME ZUCCINNI, GREEN BEANS, ASPARGAS AND SPINACH W/ GARLIC IN BUTTER FLAVORED PAM W/ SALT & PEPPER AND IT WAS GOOD. YOU CAN ALSO HAVE SWEET PEAS , ARTICHOKE, SAUTED MUSHROOMS AND BROCCILI. THE ONLY CATCH IS YOU HAVE TO USE PAM. THE SALAD STUFF IS REALLY GOOD WITH THE SPRITZER DRESSING. THE FRENCH AND CEASAR IS THE BEST TASTING SO FAR. TAKE CARE AND GOOD LUCK.
