    Hi...I'm booked on the 17th of Jan. I'll let you know how it goes. I wish I had the discipline and control all the time that i have right now for the pre-op diet. #-o If I did I wouldn't need the surgery...lol. All Is going well so far and have lost 10 pounds in a week. Good Luck!!!

    I couldn't find the no caffiene thing either. I drank my morning coffee and this is the first day of pre-op diet. Please let me know if the coffee is a no no.

    I was wondering if anyone tried the Special K protien water? I was going to make that part of my pre-op diet along with the other stuff. I thought that may help with the hunger pains if i have them.

    I also have surgery upcoming on the 17th. I am starting my pre-op diet tomorrow. I'm glad I have read all the helpful tips on here. It's endouraging to know that people have made it through and are doing well.
