Thanks for your input. I am still taking my meds if I can get my weight to 180. I would be happy however I have been there many many times however as soon as the holidays come back I lose all control.

Hi Everyone!! Well for 2 weeks my doctor PCP said that I can be a canidate for this surgery. So I have been looking into it and made a meeting with a specialist to look up my medical status. Well the nurse said the my BMI is only at 38.9 and it needs to be at 40 for the medical to kick in because I don't have any major health issues (thank god). She told me to still come to the hospital and take the coarse since it is free. My PCP doctor has me on Phentermine 37.5 and I have dropped 5 lbs in 2 weeks so now I have to gain back the 10 lbs so that I can do the surgery :-? . Of course I would love to eat again and gain what I lost and not excercise for 1 week that would be fun. =D> What would you do???? Please Advise. O ya I forgot to state that if I do gain all the weight back the surgery would be 100% paid for by my insurance. That cheese cake is sounding pretty good right now. Aloha, Kaohinani
