I had been scheduled to have surgery on May 7 but due to a family emergency, I had to postpone my surgery for June 5. I had been active on this forum and was feeling really positive but after my big stressor, I fell back onto all my old food addictions in a very big way. I feel so bad and had stopped communicating on the support group this has become. I really see this as a big part of making this adventure go successfully. Isolating and reverting back into old bad habits does not work for me. I really need you guys and wanted to let you know I am back and pray I can gear up for my pre-op diet preparation. I have been on this forum all nite it seems! Trying to create a profile and get one of those ticker things up but can't seem to get the hang of it; I filled it all out and made a copy of it but don't know how it appears on screen. I have tried everything! Help!!!! Sufina

I've been following this forum for about a week now and have decided to get banded. I'm trying to plan in advance in how I would do the fills. Anyone here in WA state have recommendations for a fill doctor? I'd really appreciate your input, pros and cons. The closest FillUSA center to me is Auburn, WA... but when I do a search on the internet there seems to be quite a bit here in WA now. I'm located in the Everett area. Is it better to have the fill done in TJ with Dr. Ortiz's team? Oh yeah, I'm going to go with Dr. Ortiz on the lapband surgery. I wouldn't mind going to TJ for the first fill but if I have to keep going once a month then it could get expensive. Thanks in advance for any of your input!

Hi Mindy, I'm from Portland too and going to Dr Ortiz on May 7 for LB. I have already made a fill appt. here in town with Dr. Fitzgerald as I figure that's cheaper than traveling. Let's stay in touch! Sufina
