Well, I had to go to three stores because they were sold out by 10:00 a.m. this morning but I got one! =D> I love -- love -- love this! The information I learned about myself was actually pretty cool but scary! This little beauty takes your data, height, weight, etc., calculates your BMI, allows you to set trackable goals and creates charts of your progress. I'm all about the charts! hehe.

I found out I have the physical fitness of a 69 year old! (I'm 48!) I favour my right side, my balance is way off and my spacial sense is -- well, let's just stay coordination isn't my strong point evidently.

The weight limitation for the balance board is 330 pounds and you work at your own pace. I highly recommend this one ladies. It was fun, facinating and made me want more! However, given my work deadlines I reluctantly stepped away but guaranteed I'll be back in the morning for my next workout. I now have physical goals for improving what are now identified as definite weaknesses.

Several years of looking "into" weight loss surgery... I have a date.... I have insurance and they say they cover WLS.. Ha... I started the hoop jumping last year and I am at hoop 3. I was very nervous about the whole mexico thing. However after talking to Carol I was put at ease... I am so excited about having an honest to goodness chance at beating this 'Beast" called obisity... I still have alot of questions , reading the Been there done that post, i am gettig alot answered. Anyone else getting banded around August 10th? If so Love to hear from you....God Bless to everyone and happy lossing..... Tawnya

I've also been referred to Dr. Descoutoeux by Andrew. Give him a shout -- he took care of everything for me and told me not to worry. It's all part of their service. Having said that I don't have an appointment yet but I'm not being banded 'til the 9th either.

Yes .. thanks ladies! I have never had to crush a pill before. They don't sell liquid Tylenol here in Canada. Or if they do, I couldn't find it at the drugstore. I looked before I left for Tijuana. For the first time I am experiencing the shoulder pain.

Yup, they do. I bought some just the other day at SuperStore. It's in the children's section of the pharmacy. It's part of my stockpile for surgery I could not imagine having to choke down a broken down pill. (shudder)
